Science is built by people.

Transformative ideas rarely arrive from a single mind in a single discipline. They emerge when a clinician's question at the bedside meets an engineer's instinct for measurement, when a physiologist's intuition meets a data scientist's rigor.

YODA is a place where those meetings are intentional. Physicians work alongside researchers. Educators work alongside engineers. Students sit at the same table as senior scientists — because the future of intensive care will be built by every generation at once.

The result is a scientific community defined less by titles than by curiosity, less by hierarchy than by contribution, and less by any one institution than by a shared commitment to patients.
