YODA — Intensive Care Digital Academy — is operated by Yoğun Bakım Dijital Akademisi Derneği, a non-profit scientific association. The platform is provided for educational, scientific, and community purposes.

Your account
- —You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your YODA ID.
- —You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- —You must be a healthcare professional, scientist, student, or invited guest to hold a full account.
- —One person, one account. Account sharing is not permitted.

Acceptable use
- —Do not upload content that is unlawful, plagiarized, or breaches patient confidentiality.
- —Do not misrepresent your professional identity or affiliations.
- —Do not attempt to disrupt the platform, its members, or its infrastructure.
- —Do not use YODA content to deliver individualised medical care outside professional judgement.

Clinical disclaimer
YODA is an educational and scientific platform. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice for an individual patient. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of a qualified professional at the bedside.

Intellectual property
Original YODA content is published under Creative Commons and open-source licenses stated per resource. User-submitted content remains the property of the author; by publishing on YODA you grant us a non-exclusive right to host and distribute it under the stated license.

Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our Code of Conduct. You may close your account at any time. Certain obligations — attribution, safety, retention — survive termination.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, with disputes subject to the courts of Istanbul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
